These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the My Real Estate Agent AI platform (“AgentAssist”, “Service”) operated by [S-Corp Legal Name — placeholder], a Florida S-Corporation.

Use of the Service

AgentAssist is intended for licensed real estate agents and professionals in the United States. By using the Service, you represent that you comply with all applicable real estate and communications laws in your jurisdiction, including TCPA.

SMS and Messaging Compliance

As an agent using AgentAssist, you are responsible for ensuring that all leads you add to the platform have provided appropriate consent to receive automated text messages, as required by TCPA and applicable state law. You agree to honor all opt-out requests (STOP) immediately and not to re-engage leads who have opted out.

AI-Generated Content

The AI assistant generates responses on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and approving your assistant's configuration. AgentAssist is not liable for the content of individual AI-generated messages, which are produced based on your settings and instructions.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding any claim.
