We collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, phone number, and information about your real estate business. We also collect conversation data between the AI assistant and your leads, for the purpose of providing our service.

How We Use Information

We use the information collected to operate and improve our AI-powered lead qualification service, to send transactional communications, and to comply with legal obligations.

SMS Messaging

By using our platform, real estate agents acknowledge that the service sends automated SMS messages to leads on their behalf. Leads can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We comply with TCPA and applicable carrier regulations for all SMS communications.

Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account termination, unless otherwise required by law.
